The manager shall have charge of the organization and management of the team representing his respective department. Articlo VI. Gommittees. (1) Eligibility Committee. There shall be a committee on eligibility con sisting of three managers. This com mittee shall have final jurisdiction in all cases brought before It concerning tho eligibility of students for competi tion. No candidate can be eligible for moro than one team in tho leaguer - (2) Games Committee. There shall be a committee on games consisting of throe managers. The duties of the Games Committee Blinll be: (a) To prevent the postponement of regular scheduled games if possible, (b) to set a definite time for the playing off of postponed games at the time' of postponement, (c) to appoint an um pire in case of the disagreement of the two managers, No games shall be postponed except upon tho mutual request of tho two competing managors for good and suf flcient reasons, with the consent of tho Games Committee through Its chairman.
