PICKED PICKINGS
To the Subscribers of
the Daily Nebraskan:
During tho campaign for new subscribers during
the past registration week, promissory notes for
$1.00 were taken by -the management as equivalent
to the cash subscription.
While thoso notes are payable on the demand
of the publishers, it js not tho intent of tho pub
lishers to demand Hie payment at a certain "date"
but it understood that payment must bo made be
fore the signer of "the note leaves school.
Those who are indebted to the Daily Nebraskan
for tho present semester may visit tho office in tho
basement of Univorsity Fall at any timo and upon
the payment of $1.00 receive a receipt in full.
Prompt payment will assist the management very
materially in making a fullTlinancial report before
the end of the school year.
