cently held at Iowa armory, in which
over a thousand students participated.
Many prominent speakers were on tho
toast list and all of the spoeches were

features of the entertainment. In this
were shown many Important and In
teresting university views. Tho Girls'
Glee Club made its Initial appearance
and they made a splendid showing.
Tho menu was ono of tho most elabor
ate ever offered at any univorsity func
tion. All of tho fraternities and so

around town, closed their tables, on
that night.
