Tho polls will bo open from 9 to 12
and 1:30 to 5, excepting the Convoca
tion period from 11 to 11:30, during
which the polls will bo closed.

ruary 13. No candidate shall bo en
titled to election whose name is not
printed on the ballot. There shall be
no soliciting of votes by cards or
otherwise at the polls or In tho build
