S. infantry. Major Sweitzer was a captain at Ft. Crook when Commandant Ilownuui was a lirst lieutenant at the same plucc. He is now stationed at Ft. Galveston, Tex. Major Sweitzer is also a West l'oint classmate of Captain Hamilton, who is conducting the oillcers' classes in the theory of military science. IN OTHER DAYS. 1902.
