Rooting squadH were organized at football practice. Trouble was brewing between the freshmen and sophomore classes and indications pointed to a big class scrap. 1903. The varsity, under Coach Hooth, with Benedict at halfback and Render at quarter, cleaned up Grand Island, G4 to 0. W. J Bryan spoke at convocation concerning Leo XIII. 1902. Fraternity men paraded through town accompanied by a brass band and torches, much to the disgust of the citizens. Visiting at the Phi Kappa Psi House Earl ('line, Geneva.
