The enterinininent consisted of a musical skit entitled "The Fastening of the Third Door Mack" or "Fought and Failed For." It vvaii billed as the joint product of Howaid Kirkpatrick, John J. Prince, Jr , and many others. The piece was given in two ex plosions. In the first the faculty was to be shipwrecked on an island called Milwaukee in Salt Creek, Neb In the second explosion they switched the scene to Hawaii and made the play take on the aspects of "The Bird of Paradise."
