W. L. Phillips of Richmond, Vir
ginia, national secretary of Sigma Phi
Epsllon visited the local chapter Tues
day on his way home from Mt. Pleas
ant, Iowa, where a new chapter was
installed in Iowa Wesleyan college.
Lowell Gregg was also present at the
Installation but returned home the first
of the week.
Miss Beatrice Longtin and Mr.
Stuart P. DobbB, both of Beatrice, were
married January 29 at the home of the
bride's sister. The bride attended the
university last year and is a mem
ber of the Alpha XI Delta sorority.
Mr. Dobbs graduated from tho law
college in 1911 with Phi Beta Kappa
honors.
The couple left for Salt Lake City
which they will make their future
homes.
