In Report to City Council States That
Nothing Harmful Will Result.
Dr. Waite, who has been employed
to make tests of the city water, re
ported last evening that he had found
bacilli in the water tested during No
vember. In the report, however, Dr. Waite
stated that he did not consider the
presence of the bacilli ol particular
import, inasmuch as this presence
could be accounted for as having come
from an outside source. He does not
believe that the public health Is men
