OCTOBER 1?, 1912 CONCERNING TEACHERS' A880CIATION. The annual meeting of the Nebraska State Teachers' Association will take place In Omaha, November 6 to 8. I regret very much that I shall be out of the state at that time attending the Association of American Universities in Philadelphia on the 7th and 8th, but though I can not personally attend, I believe It to be of the highest impor tance to have the Unlvorslty generally represented. I am therefore urging all faculty members, and students who are interested in the association and Its work, to make an effort to attend at least a part of the meetings. On the program the University is well rep resented, and a banquet will be given for alumni and ail others connected with the Institution. Where instruct ors or a large proportion of their stu dents desire to attend any particular meeting, classes may be suspended. For the convenience of University teachers and students who may wish to attend the association, Registrar Rutledge has arranged to receive the membership fee of one dollar and issue membership cards and badges at his office.
