accounted for.
All complimentary tickets are non
transferable and shall be indorsed by
tho business manager with the name
of the person to whom they are Issued
before they are validated by tho audi
tor. Tho business manager shall hire a
doorkeeper accredited by the auditor
of Btudent organizations, who shall
take all ticketB at the door and deliver
them to the auditor.
Not later than noon of Friday of
tho week following such entertainment
tho treasurer shall submit to the audi
tor cancelled voucher checks showing
the payment of all bills Incurred so
far as funds of the organization are
available
