Promptly at flvo thirty, two hundred University girls assem bled In front of the Library, wearing colors and carrying pennants. All classos, from the dignified senior to tho green fresnman were repre sented. Thoy walked In groups to tho depot, whoro thoy mot tho Uni versity boys. 8lng at the Station. At the depot, two hundred femi nine voices joined in the strains 'of tho "Cornhusker," to the amusement of travelers on othor trains. Nothing daunted, the co-eds kept It up and tho team left wjth tho Impression that tho whole school, both men and girls, was back of thorn. Not only at the station, but at the morning rally as well, did tho girls show their enthusiasm. A largo num bor of girls turned out, and at tho re quest of Cheor Leader Hawley, sang tho "CornhuBkor." Each speaker voiced tho thoughts of tho entire crowd at the rally, that Nobraska is going to beat Minnesota this year, and as each man- closed ho was cheered vociferously by tho rootors, led by Bob Hawley, cheer leader. r In response to many roquosts from Lincoln peoplo arrangements have been made to opon tho museum and library of tho Nobraska State Histor ical Socioty on Sunday afternoons from 2 to 5 o'clock. No admisslpn is charged and all are cordially invited. Noxt Sunday aftornoon tho doors will be open for the first time.
