ARGUMENTS FOR REMOVAL.
Regents Haller and Coupland 8ubmlt
Article to Legislature.
Arguments fav oring tho removal of
tho university to tho site of tho state
farm have been submitted in an articlo
to tho legislature by Regents Haller
and Coupland. It resembles tho re
port of the minority of tho board of
regents submitted some time ago, and
in addition puts forth several now rea
sons why it is not expedient to retain
thp university at the present campus
In thoAcity. Some of tB6iSgumohTBoT
tho majority are refuted.
