The fourth annual conference of paBtors and others interested In relig ious work In state.. universities WTir be held at the University of JHinols next weok. The conference will ex tend over two days, January 'M and February 1. Student pastors and men who have a dollnite religious work among students gather once a yar to discuss their methods of work and try In this way to become more ef fective In serving the students. Tlio meeting last winter was held at the University of Wisconsin, with over a hundred! men In attendance. It Is ex pected that the enrollment thiB year will reach a mark of more than one hundred and flfty. Several Lincoln ministers are plan ning to attend the conference. Itev. Dean It. Lola ml, university pastor for the First Presbyterian church, is on the program for a paper on the sub ject "A Report or Religious Work In the University of Nebraska." Rov. T M. Shipherd, pustor of the First Con gregational church.' will discuss "The Church, the Student and Social Ser vice Work." Others who will attend from Lincoln are Rev. H. H.
