dont." Whother tho student lntondod this
articlo as a rap on tho dean of pur
law school I do not know, yot It is
capablo of that interpretation. As for
myself I fool that I am warranted In
making tho aBSortlon that in this uni
versity I havo not mot ono who is a
bettor disciplinarian than. Dean Hast
ings. As that acquaintance of his stu
dents with him becomes closer so does
tho students' respect for him increase.

Some slight misconception seoms to

are published in the Forum. The
Dally NebraBkan does not like to poso
as tyrannical or even sera I-tyrann leal
'but wo must insist upon publishing
signatures to all articles sent in for
publication in tho Forum.
There is method in this madness.
In the past, since the institution of the
Forum, articles havo been published
signed "A Student," or with tho in
itials o( the student, but In these
cases the signature has been left with
the Daily Nebraskan.
Now we believe that any student
