The report rocs into the matter of
text books, which rirc bought and sold
to the students at cost, and shows that
the state is running this department
on a very narrow profit, though tho
students have been saved consider
able money by the adoption of this
plan of handling text books.
A complete report is made on tho
purchase of, supplies for tho Institu
tion and Includes the copy of bids
which lmvo been filed. Tho Indications
are souio of these bids will be a reve
lation to the public when published,
as in some cases they are as wide
apart as though some of the denier;
did not expect to get the contract bit'
on.
