R08COE POUND TO CHICAGO Former Nebraska Dean Will Leave Northwestern. Prof. Roscoe Pound of tho North western law school will join tho fac ulty of the University of Chicago law school next October. -Ho formerly was dean of tho University of Ne braska law school, and for two years was a judge of the supromo court of this state. In 1897 ho went to North western and during his connection with this law school ho has also been' oidtor-ln-chlef of tho Illinois Law Reg ister. During recent years he has been interested in various legal reforms. He Is chairman of the national con ference on criminal law and crimi nology, which will meet in Chicago In June.
