MEN DON'T KISS RIGHT WAY
Professor 8tarr 8ays Grace Not In the
Act In This Country.
Professor Frederick Starr, of tho
University of Chicago, who attracted
attention recently by a prophecy that
former President Roosevelt would
novor return allvo from Africa, has
again come Into public notice, this
time as an exponent of the fine art
of throwing kisses.
"Young men of thlB country do not
know how to throw a kiss gracefully,"
ho says In a lecture prepared for stu
dents on "Mexico Today." "It takes
aoung Mexican to perform tho act
gracefully. He brings the tips of hla
fingers together, touches thorn gently
with his lips, and, spreading his hand
out ns ho makes the throw, wafts flv
Bwoot klsBos to his lady love by five
