At a meeting of the freshman laws
yesterday In TJ 809 a motion was car
ried to the effect that It was the con
census of opinion that the recent un
gentlemanly conduct of some' of the
members of the college, law toward
the French department was not to
be tolerated. Jt was the expression
of, the class to do all in tholr power
to prevent a repetition of the treat
ment tendered to one of the French
classes on Thursday morning. The
class, by this action, put themselves
upon thejr' honor in this matter.
