Nebraska Alumni Tell Head' of Uni versity of Work Since Graduation. About thirty-five members of the University of Nebraska Alumni Asso ciation met at the Y. M. C. A., build lng Monday evening to greet the chan cellor of the University, Dr. E. Benja min Andrews. Fred K. Nielsen, '02, in extending u greeting to Dr. Andrews, paid tribute to the chancellor and his colleagues of the University faculty. A. P. Woods '90, spoke of the record by graduates of the University. Dr. Haven Metcalf talked of his undergraduate work at Brown Univer sity when Dr. Andrews was ac tho head of that institution, nd also of his subsequent graduate work at Ne braska." Frank Edgerton, 1900, told of the work of Nebraska graduaos in Wash ington. Dr. Andrews related inter esting facts regarding the conditions in the University Washington Post. Word has been received of the mar riage of George Lantz, '06, Phf Delta Theta, to Miss Mildred Johnson of Kearney. When in school, George was recognized as a hard worker and a strong student. He won the first prize in the freshman law class and became a 'Theta Kappa Nu, finishing second in the three years courts. For three years he was a prominent mem ber of the football squad.
