McCIanahan, professor of pediatrics, returned recently from a seven months' trip to Europe. After two months of travel with his family, visiting various European places of In terest, the doctor spent the remainder of his time studying at the larger Eu ropean hospitals for children, putting In six weeks at both SL Ann's Hospi tal for Children, Vienna, and The Children's Hospital, London, Dr. McCIanahan speaks with pride of having crossed tho Atlantic on the "Mauritania,'' which is at present re garded as the finest ocean linor Jn tho world.
