Johnson case nnd cheerfully state that
In my judgment any reflections cast
upon John L. Sundean aro unfoundod
In fact and are wholly unwarranted.
I think it but fair to state that in
my opinion tho aspersions cast upon
him are false. The case was taken
from the jury on a question of law
and Mr. Sundean's side of the case
was not placed before the jury. Upon
a re-trial of tho same case Mr. Sun
dean's evidence was admitted and ho
was fully exonerated. Very respect
