A part of tho increase in enrollment may be duo to the fact that thlB fall is the last, opportunity which students will havo to secure at the university tho old four year course. On January 1, 1908, the entrance requirements become one year of college work above tho high school course. It is not necessary, howover, that this preparatory year must bo spent, at this university, but it must be in some Institution of col legiate rank, where the prospective student must take work in chemistry, Gorman and animal biology.
