Professor Fogg spoke highly of Dean Pound's ability and also told about the danger of Nebraska's losing all her best men. Ho said that the under graduates and alumni must -wake up and do something to keep Nebraska in her present rank. Professor Hastings declared no man could All Dr. Pound's place, and he said ho hoped Inducements enough would be offered to keep the Dean at Nebraska. Professor Costlgan expressed the be lief that the spirit of the law students will move them to such action as the retention of Dean Pound will need. He said there was no man to take the Dean's place. Dr. Howard deplored the condition of affairs at Nebraska that permits other schools to got our best men, and to get better equipment than we can afford.
