Nebraska have been chosen and soon
wo shall bo confronting two of the
the hardest forensic struggles ever
atattempted by our institution. Every
man on tho teams is a gentleman and
ono of whom tho student body may
well be proud. How tiro we going to
support them? Appreciation, en
couragement, interest on the part of
the students in general mako more
difference in tho kind of work accom
plished by such organizations as. de
bating teams than is over realized by
most people. Last year our team
went up to Wisconsin and' got defeat
ed; this year Wisconsin comes here,
and if wo get thoroly interested here
as any normally constituted body of
students certainly would, there is
little danger of' our allowing tho team
to go to Illinois without encourage
ment, either. Let us all got down and
push from tho begining, and do our
part toward pulling two victories out
of this season. .
