Judge S. J. Tuttlo delivered a lec
ture Monday evoning before the- Sen
ior class of tho College of Law on
"Wills." This was one of a series of
lectures on that subject and Judge
Tuttle covered the following details of
tho subject: Where a will should bo
probated; what steps should 'be taken
to give tho court jurisdiction, under
what circumstances tho probate of a
will and the settlement of an estate
thereunder muy bo assailed collaterally.
Mr. Clement Waldron, former mom
ber of Nebraska's debating squad, Is
making a short visit fn Lincoln. Mr.
Waldron is temporarily In the employ
of tho Carnegie Institution of Wash
ington, D. C, and is engaged in work
on anti-trust legislation. He will re
turn to his graduato work at the Uni
versity of Wisconsin Immediately after
the holidays. '
