There ylll bo no moro drill this semester. Instead, tho four hours per week will be dovotcd to recitations in tactics. Tho somoster is three-fourths gone, 30 that by giving tho -drill period ovor to recitation for the remaining four weeks tho cadets will make up the re quirod amount of technical work. This method of dividing theory and practise has given tho men tho ad vantage of drilling during tho pleasant fall wcathon, bo that thoy will not bo required to drill when the wcathor be comes vory severe. Tho work In the ory is also expected to bo much moro satisfactory than It Imb been In former yojirs, since tho cadets have had enough Sf the practise to render mili tary terms comprehensible. Captuin Workizdr- bollovos that tho practise is first in importance and that theory should como second. In the spring each of the men in turn, for tno sake of keener practise, will be given an opportunity to command small detachments at various times. ufiDioifc fiicT cuno W I II I mm "-!
