Only a Joke.
The article in Saturday's Nebraskan
headed "Simms Adjudged Guilty," has
unfortunately been misinterpreted by
somo persons. The whole affair, ac
cusation, prosecution, and conviction,4
was purely a joke, and Mr. Simms
was in nowise reflected upon by the
moot-court's decision.
