Only a Mouse.
Yesterday afternoon, between tho
hours of three and four, an innocent
little mouse made his appoaranco In
the girls' cloak room in Library Hall.
Whether thp tiny visitor was an un-.
welcomed guest or failed :to produce
credentials of introduction appropri
ate to the occasion has not yet been
learned, but, judging from the varied
blending of -delicate sopranos and un
tutored altos, spiced with intermittent
Bhrleks and screams, tho unobtrusive
little follow must have made an awful
break."
He paid for his breach of etiquet
with his life.
