Nebraska, Morse, tho captain, was out of the game on account of a sprain, Nllsson had two dislocated ribs, Hyde was in a bad condition, Fenlon had a sprained wrist, Gaddls had to come home, Bellamy broke his ankle, and the rest of the -team was all crippled up.. The above is an exact description of how the men were, yet they fought tho schedule gamely out doing tho beat they could. Much credit is due Captain Morse and his bunch for the game fight they put up. Not the least bit of criticism Lb heard from anyone in regard to the kjnd of ball played by the Varsity.
