all other University and class publica
tions should bo "put under tho super
vision of a Publication Board, which
was to consist of flvo faculty and threo
BtUdent members. Professors Rich
ards, Grummann, Loulso Pound, Avery
and E. H. Clark wore chosen as fac
ulty members and the Juniors, Sopho
mores and Freshmen each selected a
representative at Its last meeting. Tho
Juniors choose Arthur Schreibor, the
Sophomores H. L. Swan and tho FreBh
mon L. W. Smith. Tho board hold its
llrst mooting last ovonlng and organ
ized. Professor Richards was chosen
chairman and E. H. Clark secretary, x
The now board concluded that It
would have work enough on its hands
to care for next year's buiness and al
lowed tho old boards to conclude the
businoss for the ensuing year. Tho
Btaff that has been Issuing tho paper
sinco publication was resumed has not
been published, since it was thought
advisable to wait for definite action
on the' part of tho Chancellor and tho
Board of Regents. Tho staff as official
ly elected then is R. A. Van Orsdel,
