Tho business management shall con sist of ono business manager chosen from tho senior class, with two assist ants from the' Junior. Tho editor-in-chief shall bo nomi nated by tho president of tho senior class after consultation with the fac ulty. This appointmont shall be in valid unless confirmed by a majority of the class. If this com mittee should discover an attempt .to deliberately falsify this account, the class recommends that tho guilty .party or parties be. expelled from the University nnd that such notice of 'ex pulsion bo posted on the bulletin boards.
