preparatory club to tho University De
bating Club, which is now conducted
on a "competitive-merit basis. Tho ob
ject of tho Forum is to-give all men
interested in debating a chance to
speak in public. With this aim in
view, It will hold regular fortnightly
meetings and discussions.
