Frank Hawey Cilloy, a graduate of the

Coe, the world's champion shot-putter,
has decided to remain at Michigan
this year and has matriculated. Ho
formerly nttended Oxford University,
England, where ho played on tho foot
ball team and was a member of tho
track team. He is said to be a won
derful man at tackle, but owing to
tho six months' eligibility rulo, 1b not
eligible for football at Michigan thfs
fall. However, he will bo ollglblo for
track athletlca and will bo ablo to
compete for the varsity all threo years
of his course. Coe has won seventeen
gold watches while in athletics, be
sides two hundred and seven other
prizes. He won tho championship pi
