One of tho most pleasant Incidents

The whole of Saturday was con
sumed in tho hearing of four cases
in tho practice courts of the Law
School. In the morning two cases
were tried simultaneously In the dis
trict court. Judge It. J. Anderson
heard the case of Dorrington vs. the
Lincoln Traction Co. in which Dollen
counselled for tho plaintiff and Nelson
for the defendant. At the samt time
in different rooms J. W. Blezek tried
the case of Brubaker vs. Swanvan, an
appeal from the Justice court before
A. G. Abbott, justice of the peace. The
attorneys for the plaintiff In error
were M. S Brown and J. A. Clark, for
the defendant In error, Gibson and
Green.
Two cases were also heard in the
Supreme Court Saturday afternoon.
From 2 o'clock to 1 the case of Holmes
vs Slllosen was arRiiori, for the plain
tiff by Fischer and Lanz and for the
defendant by Black. From 1 o'clock
to fi the case of the Hamilton Manu
facturing company vs. C. S Baldwin
was heard.
The councel for the plaintiff was
(Maud Davis and for the defendant
Rolfsou.

few years for fair, sportsmanlike

in this case virtue will not be its own
reward, for not only do wo receive the
same treatment when wo visit another
college, but wo also find it easier to
arrange contests with these schools
and others which have heard of our
record.
