A crowd of thirty-seven engineer
ing students congregated at the Lin
dell Hotel Saturday and feasted both

ulty, with the exception of the Civil
Engineering department, was well rep
resented, and Professors Morse and

Enthusiasm was the order of the
evening and it became so strong at
times, while the crowd was singing
college songs and yelling college yells,
that the eating part was almost for
fcotten In the Interval. Several times
Toustmaster Evans was obliged to
quiet the enthusiasm and give the
program a chance, and as a whole,
everyone enjpyed the evening im
mensely. Messrs. Gibbs, Bowlby, Turner and
Hurtz responded to toasts, while
Messrs. Westover, Hedges and David
son responded Informally to calls for
"speeches."
Company D's Feed.
Company D held Its annual "blow
out" at the Phi Gamma Delta house
Saturday evening at which a bountiful
spread' "on the officers" formed no un

A mass meeting will bo held at 11
a. m. today in Memorial Hall In tho
interest of the ticket announced for
tho Athletic Board by the Associated
Uarb8. Several speeches will be made
by prominent men in the organization
and matters discussed rolatlvo to tho
coming election. Tho girla of tho Uni
versity are expected to be -present at
this meeting and It promisee to bo one

chapel.
