Director Baird announced yesterday that be had closed a contract with the University of Nebraska for a football game to be played on Ferry field Octo ber 21. Nebiaska has risen rapidly in the football world in the past two or three years. Last fall she easily won the championship of the middle west, and was beaten by Minnesota only by a score of 1G to 12. The announcement of the Nebraska game means that Ferry field spectators will have an opportunity to see two big games next fall, Wisconsin being the other team that will come to Ann Ar bor with a chance to win. The Illinois game will probably be played at Cham paign. Michigan Daily.
