Arrangements have all been com
pleted and everything points to the
biggest banquet in the history of the
Association tonight. Those who attend
ate again reminded that the banquet
will begin promptly at seven forty
five, that no matters of business what
ever will be brought up, and that ths
banquet will be over by eleven o'clock

Nearing Completion.
Tho carpenters are putting on the
inside finish of the new Farm School
building, and it is expected that the
new stiucture will be entirely com
plete and ready to turn over to the
regents within sixty days. The con
tract (alls tor a complete building by
June 1st, but the work has been pushed
lather more rapidly than wa3 antici
pated. The different part of the build
ing will be used for clans work as soon
as they aie finished. The inside wood
work is of oak and will make a bean
ti t nl and enduring finish.
Bishop Thorbum. Dr. Couches and
Di. Taylor, speakers at the State Mis
sionary Convention, took luncheon
with the giils of the Y. W. C. A. yes
terday. The rooms were well filled
with members and the young ladies ol
the Christian Asoclation will never
apaln complain that missionaries have
long faces. They declare that a moro
jolly trio never lunched with them.
Chalmers, Iowa's present athletic
coach, will probably be elected by the
Hawkeyes to serve in this capacity to;
another year.
