Mr. Gilbert McClurg of Colorado
Springs will deliver his new lecture
on "Panoramic Colorado." Mr. Mc
Clurg'B locturo Is illustrated by 200
rnro and beautiful lantern projections.
The Now York Sun says of this lec
turo, "Fine historically, descriptively
and pictorlally." The lecture, laBt sea
son, crowded tho halls of well-known
academics, chambers of commerco and
universities of America. Mr. McClurg
has a wido reputation as an intensely
interesting and ontortaining speaker,
having tho powor of holding his hear
ers to tho closest attention.

soprano, will sing.

Sophomore Play.
The Sophomore play committee have
announced Saturday ovonlng, February
25th, as tho dato on which thoy will
present tho class play. Tho play Is an
up-to-dato comedy In three acts,
founded on a romanco of tho Spanish
American war. It is most appropriate
for amateur players and with the ex
perienced and talented cast which has
been selected cannot fail to make a
"hit." The play proper will be sea
soned with specialties between the
acts. Two youthful students -will add
to tho entortainmont by entering into
tho sacred bonds of matrimony before
tho production.

afternoon for a try-out at battery work
and Captain Bender expects some good
work from them. They are the Turner
brothers of Grand Island, who played
togothor for a number of years while
attending college there
