Editorial Remarks
Tho college paper is an instiution
that deserves to be supported as
much ns any other college institu
tion and It may not be amiss to call
the attention of the students to a few
things they might do to help the paper
along. Eeryone admlts-that a college
dally Is a great help to a college com
munity, and on tho whole, students
of the university support the Ne
bra&kan In good shape. We have no
complaint to make about subscriptions,
except that the young ladles do not do
their share In this way. There Is not
tho slightest) doubt that every stu
dent reads tho dally, whether ho sub
scribes or not, and even those who
read tho paper over their neighbor's
shoulder, can do their Bharo toward

Rocently a merchant advertised to
sell goods, used by tho students, at
what we know to bo less than cost,

Another merchant advertised Bomo
