All of the men handle the stick in
good shape. Tomorrow the team comes
out in their new suits. They will have

game, and will bo feeling right to put
up an excellent game.
The city has been well advertised
with posters and bills and considerable
enthusiasm has been developed down
town so that a large crowd is expected
out to seo tho games. Sam Hall has
fixed up an Indian wlndoow. Every
one should come out tomorrow and see
tho first big garao of the season. This
is tho only aggregation of Indians
traveling in Nebraska this year, and is
a fast bunch.
The Phi Gams and Alpha Taiib
crossed bats yesterday afternoon In a
battle full of noise and swift ball play
ing. The Fiji's got a good start and
kept the lead throughout the game,
winning by a score of 8 to 1. Both
sides did some good work. Miller and
Shallenberger led in the batting, and
both hit several nice ones.. The score
would have been closer only some
costly errors were counteu against the
A. T.'s, which gavo their opponents a
number of scores. Hardman. and
Johnson and Spragne, were tho battery
for the A. T. O.'s, and Loftier and
Miller for tho Phi Gams.
