Regular track practice began yes terday afternoon, and about twenty men who are training for the sprints hurdles, distance runs and weight events, turned out between four and six o'clock. The track has not been graded up and smoothed off yet, but this will be done Immediately. Atten tion was directed to the hurdlers for the most part yesterday. Three good men, Hagensick, Edgerton and Hanson are out for this, and It Is safe to say that the University record, which Hag ensick now holds, will be lowered by one of the trio.
