versity held a smoker at tho Alpha
Tau Omega house Wednesday evening.
Tj.'M. Hunnington entertained in behalf
of tho A. T. O.'s, and n very pleasant
evening was spent in various ways.
Tho Union societyhas adjourned tha
usual Friday night program to Satur
day night, when they will play the an
nual basket ball game with the Dellan;
in tho Armory and give the program
afterwards at tho hall.
Captain Rogers, the fast end of tho
Mlnnpsota team, has been elected coach
of tho Carlylo Indians for next year.
Rogers formerly played at Carlyie. hav
ing spent seven years there playing
football. He has been with Minnesota
the past threo and was ono of the pil
lars of her great team last year. Rogers
will be remembere hero as tho Carlyie
Indian man who was iu tho line-up
against- Nebraska, when our team won
from Minnesota.
