In the matter of special examinations
It was ordered that the following rules
will be In forc from and after Septem
ber J, 1904:
1. No student has a right to demand
n private examination. 8uch examina
tions nre granted simply as faors at
the option of Instructors.
2. No member of a class or section
may, for any reason or under any pre
text whatever, be privately examined
at a tlmo earlier than that at which
tho regular examination of the class or
section Is scheduled. Any individual
examination permitted must be held
latr.-
3. To be examined at a time later
than that set for his class or section,
whatever the reason, a student must
pay a special examination fee of on"
dollar per course. flrBt obtains his In
structor's consent thereto, and then
pays the secretary the proper fee, tak
ing a receipt. This receipt, being shown
the Instructor, authorizes him to pro
ceed with the examination.
4. All Bpeclal examination fees will,
like matriculation fees, be turned Into
