Professor Caldwell reports that the
gate receipts of the recent Faculty Car
nival amounted to $305, a substantial
increase over first estimates. Total
expenses come to about $20, leaving
a net profit for the College Settlement
of about $285. Professor Caldwell, who
was chairman of the committee In
charge of the Carnival expresses great
satisfaction over this result, and com
plimented all who aided In- It, espe
cially The Nebraska, for the work done.
