He was chasing a baseball and he ran
too near a passing car. a projection
of which caught In his collar and broke
his neck InBtantly. FIJI was an Eng
lish bull terrier, and was raised by the
men of the fraternity. He was a val
uable and intelligent dog, and his un
timely end is regretted by many
throughout the University and city.
His funeral occurred during the night,
under the formal rites of the fraternity

studies by the girls. Acquisition of a
new slang word 'seg' a raoun, viz.,
'She is a 'Beg.' No more 'ruberology.'
When the classes were mixed, the boys
used to take the back seats so as to
have a comprehensive view of the girls.
Gratification to those professors who
prefer to teach boys to girls.' "
