He spoke In the highest terms of the many graduates of the UnfveiBlty who are In his bureau. Thomas Johnson has been appoint ed to fill the vacancy on tho Junior de bating team caused by the withdrawal of John Tobln. Mr. Tobin had to be taken off on account of having been an alternate on an inter-state team. Mr, Johnson is an able debater and will fill the place with credit. Tho team is now composed of B. R.
