All but two of the girls were present. The reports of the com mittees were read. That of the mis sionary committee was especially good, both In form and contents. The reg ularity with which bulletins for the Sunday meetings have appeared, and the Improved appearance of the rooms were both commented upon. The finance committee reported one hun dred and fifty-eight dollars on hand. The matter of Geneva delegates was next mentioned. The motion to retain her next year was passed unanimously. Ellis is the author of a story which appears in the April number of the Western College magazine. Mr. Ellis Is a member of Mr. Shedd's short story class, for which the story was written some time ago. The Y. M. C. A. cabinet held a busi ness meeting in the rooms last night and matters of importance were taken up which will materialize at some fu ture date. The Senior Lawyers held two busi ness meetings yesterday afternoon. However, nothing was accomplished at either, because of the extreme amount of parlimentary law and debating.
