By Order Committee The annual all lound indoor athletic contest will be held in the armory next Saturday. Already the students who intend to enter are making prepara tions to contend for the gold medal. By Wednesday afternoon it is expected that all the entries will have been made. Thus far about eight have been practicing for the contest which will consist of at least Hvo events. Each contestant will be graded in each event and the final standing will be the sum of all the' points made. To the one having the highest standing will be awarded the gold medal. The maximum salary paid to full professors at Minnesota is $4,000 per annum; at Columbia and Chicago it is from $5,000 to $7,000; at Harvard it Is $5,000; at Yale and California, $4,000; at Leland Stanford, $3,000 to $5,000; at Michigan and Wisconsin it is $3,500.
