100,000 ; and that at a meeting held on Novem-
wr 1st , IflOO. it was resolved by a vote of more
han two-thirds of nil its stockholders , ropro-
enting more than two-thirds of its capital
lock , to increase said capital stock from
100,000 to $183,000 ; due notice of said nicotines
mving been given to all stockholders of said
orporation.
Notices of said increase in capital stock have
been duly filed in the offices of the secretary
of state of Nebraska and of the county clerk
of Otoo county , Nebratka , on the 16th day of
